Mana, Equinor and NG Nordic partner for Norway's first waste-to-methanol plant
The plan is to convert around 550,000 tonnes of residual waste a year into 270,000 tonnes of methanol at Mongstad, and to capture and permanently store 400,000 tonnes of CO2. NextChem's MyRechemical has been selected for the feasibility study.
